How do I add it to Gmail?
Click Copy signature. In Gmail, open Settings → See all settings → General → Signature, create a new signature, paste, then Save changes at the bottom of the page.
How do I add it to Outlook?
Click Copy signature. In Outlook on the web or the new Outlook, open Settings → Accounts → Signatures, add a new one, paste and save. In classic Outlook: File → Options → Mail → Signatures.
And Apple Mail?
Open Mail → Settings → Signatures, add a signature, paste, and untick “Always match my default message font” so the style is kept.
Will it look the same for everyone?
Yes. It uses simple tables and web-safe fonts that work in every major email app, without images that can be blocked.
Do you add your logo or a link to SubMac?
No. The signature is entirely yours, with no branding.
